Natural Pearl Notice

Our jewelry is made with natural baroque pearls. Each pearl may vary in shape, size, color, texture, and luster. Small natural marks, uneven surfaces, or irregular shapes are part of the beauty of natural pearls and are not considered defects.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
